Tidal Software acquired by Cisco Systems
Tidal Software is the latest company which has now been acquired by networking industry giant Cisco Systems.
The deal is worth around USD 105 million.
Cisco said that this deal would enable them to create more efficient data storage networks.
Cisco would be paying for this acquisition deal through cash and retention bonuses.
They are aiming to close this deal in the coming months.
