Niklas Zennstrom and Janus Friis said to be interested in buying back Skype!
Niklas Zennstrom and Janus Friis founded Skype and sold it to eBay a couple of years ago.
The duo is said to be working on plans to acquire the VoIP Company back from eBay.
Market sources say that they are trying to collaborate with private equity firms in order to make a bid for the company.
Skype is a growing company but it has little value for eBay which dominates the online auction market.
Skype CEO John Donahoe has admitted that Skype has no synergies with the rest of eBay and they are doing what they can to keep it running profitably.
