Maruti sales up last month

Maruti Suzuki India performed well last month as the sales went up.

The company reported that the sales in the month of April went up around 15% compared to the same period last year.

Maruti Suzuki sold 71,748 units last month compared to 62,336 units in April last year.

The company added: “This is the fourth consecutive month of sales crossing the 70,000 units mark.”

Maruti added that they gained in almost every segment in the market.

Maruti is currently scheduled to launch their latest model Ritz in the market later this month.
