India Yamaha Motor on its way to become a major player
Yamaha used to rule the Indian motorcycle segment but things changed.
The company struggled to compete against Hero Honda with fuel efficient models becoming popular in the market.
Times are changing again and Yamaha is making a strong comeback.
The company has launched some exciting models like the FZ-S, FZ-16 and YZF-R15 and they are selling in good numbers.
Yamaha India said that they sold 15,120 units in the month of April compared to 10,199 units sold in the same month last year.
We own a Yamaha FZ-16 and we love this bike!
