Air Deccan IPO coming this May 18
After the blockbuster Reliance IPO, the next one in line is the one of Air Deccan. Deccan Aviation IPO would be arriving in the market this May 18 and it would be an issue of 2.5 crore-equity shares of Rs 10 each in the price band of Rs 150 to Rs 175. The size of this issue at the higher end of the price band would touch a massive Rs 429.60 crore.
This IPO issue would constitute 25% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company. The company would be using these funds to further invest into the expansion in the market and to expand its fleet to serve more destinations in the country.
Air Deccan MD GR Gopinath added that the funds would also be used to create infrastructure to aid growth in the coming years. They are using the services of Enam Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd and ICICI Securities for the management of the IPO.
