IBM acquire assets of Exeros
US based IT giant IBM has announced that they are now acquiring data discovery software assets of Exeros.
They would be using the tools gained through this acquisition to expand their business analytics services.
IBM said that they would be integrating Exeros services with their Information Management Software range.
IBM’s Information Management Software range already includes Cognos products. Cognos was acquired by IBM in 2007.
The two companies did not disclose the financial aspects of this acquisition deal.
