TVS Motor can now manufacture its TVS Flame motorcycle
Madras High Court has now granted permission to TVS to manufacture its TVS Flame bike model.
The company was earlier barred from manufacturing this product on a complaint filed by rival company Bajaj Auto.
TVS has been selling a version of Flame using a different technology. The original model was to use three valves and two spark plugs.
TVS spoke about this new development: “We can comment only after we get copies of the order.”
The company had claimed that they had acquired license to manufacture bikes using this technology from AVL of Austria.
