Amazon files a patent lawsuit against Discovery Communications
Discovery Communications had recently filed a lawsuit against Amazon claiming Amazon Kindle eBook reader was infringing on their patented technologies.
Amazon is now fighting back as they have now filed a similar patent related lawsuit that claims that Discovery is infringing on their patented technologies!
Amazon is claiming in their lawsuit that Discovery violates four e-commerce patents related to search and recommendation technologies.
