Hyundai Accent eco has an LPG option

Hyundai India has announced the launch of the LPG edition of their Accent sedan.

This new variant has been named Hyundai Accent eco and it can run on both petrol and LPG.

The company said that this edition comes powered with a 1.5 litre engine along with a factory fitted LPG kit approved and certified by the Department of Explosives and Automotive research Authority of India.

Hyundai Accent eco has been priced at a competitive Rs 533,900. This makes it around Rs 34000 more expensive than the regular petrol edition.

This model comes with a 2 year long warranty.

Hyundai incidentally has been increasing the number of models that can run on alternative fuels.

Hyundai Santro is already available with CNG and LPG options. Hyundai Accent is already available with a CNG kit.
