Tata Motors could launch an electric car by the end of the year
Tata has already stated it several times that they are working on hybrid and electric versions of their cars for selected international markets.
The company has now revealed that one of the electric cars could be ready for sale as soon as September this year.
He was speaking to live audience at the Cornell Global Forum on Sustainable Global Enterprise.
He said: “We will have an electric car in the market in September.”
Tata is currently scheduled to start delivering their Nano small car to customers in the Indian market by next month.
