Toyota Prius: Bestselling car in Japan for May
Toyota recently launched the brand new edition of Prius in the Japanese market.
This launch was much awaited and the results are pretty encouraging.
Toyota Prius became the bestselling car in the Japanese market for the month of May.
It managed to outsell both Honda Fit and Honda Insight.
Honda Insight is also a hybrid and the primary challenger of the Toyota Prius.
One interesting thing is that Prius dominated the charts despite going on sale in the middle of the month.
That means that the sales of Prius are likely to go higher this month.
