Fiat considering launching a 600cc car in India
Fiat India has just launched their latest model Grande Punto in the Indian market.
The company is now hoping to boost their market share in India with this new exciting product.
Fiat has also now hinted that they are considering bringing to India a new small car powered with a 600cc engine.
This new model could potentially compete with their Indian partners Tata Motors who recently launched their Nano small car in the market.
FIAL CEO Rajeev Kapoor had this to say: “The 600cc segment excites every car manufacturer. We have no plans for this segment now. But there could be something down the road.”
The company added that they aim to bring in their entire product range in India once the market conditions improve.
