Honda Mini Car codenamed 2CV
Honda has codenamed their small car for Indian market 2CV.
Honda 2CV would be manufactured in India and Thailand.
But the focus of the company with this model is the Indian market which continues to grow at a good pace.
Honda recently launched their first hatchback model in the Indian market. Honda Jazz has generated a lot of interest.
But the entire interest disappeared with the announcement of the heavy price tag. Honda Jazz in India has been priced at around Rs. 7 lakhs which is in fact a lot of money even for a premium hatchback especially a petrol one.
Let’s hope Honda can price this new model a bit more competitively. If they have to generate numbers in India, they have to offer cars at affordable prices.
