Kevin Timmons: Microsoft hires yet another Yahoo executive
Microsoft has announced the appointment of Kevin Timmons as the new head of their Data Center Services.
He comes to Microsoft from Yahoo.
He takes over from Michael Manos who had left the job to join Digital Realty Trust.
This is not the first such appointment from Microsoft however. They had recently hired another Yahoo executive Dayne Sampson who now works at the Microsoft Global Foundation Services.
