Chander Prakash Gurnani is the new CEO of Satyam Computers
Satyam Computer Services has named Chander Prakash Gurnani as their new CEO.
The company is now owned by Tech Mahindra.
Gurnani comes in place of A.S. Murty.
The company has also appointed Subramaniam Durgashankar as the new Chief Financial Officer of Satyam.
Satyam has also announced that they are rebranding the company as Mahindra Satyam.
Gurnani said: “Mahindra has lent their 65-year-old brand to the company and that has given Satyam a huge advantage. The fraud that happened at Satyam was localized and by a few people. The Mahindra name has washed that away.”
