After HP, Acer might overtake Dell globally
Dell continues to struggle in the global personal computer market.
Hewlett Packard is already ahead of them and now Acer might catch up to become the second largest PC maker in the world.
Acer is gaining a lot of market share from the sales of their cheap netbook products which are becoming very popular in the global market.
The latest market share reports put Acer’s share of the global market at around 11.6%. Dell had a slight advantage with 13.6%.
