PSA Peugeot Citroen to decide Indian plans by the end of the year

PSA Peugeot Citroen till recently had confirmed plans to enter the Indian market.

However, the weak global economy has forced them to revaluate their strategies.

The company said that they would decide by the end of the year on their plans for India.

India is a growing automotive market. Almost every major automobile company is now present in India selling their cars.

PSA Peugeot Citroen said: “We are assessing the Indian market now whether we will be present there or not. These are all speculations that we are launching our products. The decision is yet to be taken, which might happen by the end of this year.”
