Honda recalling 440,000 cars to fix airbag problems
Japanese automaker Honda has announced that they are recalling around 440,000 cars to fix problems with the airbag mechanism.
These vehicles include their popular models like Accord and Civic.
The company said that the affected models have a serious flaw that could cause injuries to the travelling passengers.
Honda revealed that the problems have already resulted in one fatality and several injuries.
The affected models include:
2001 and 2002 Accords,
2001 Civics
2002 and 2003 Acura TL
Honda is advising customers to visit their website and check if their car is eligible for this fix. They are going to contact all the owners individually as well.
