Publicis to acquire Razorfish from Microsoft
Microsoft has announced that they are selling their Razorfish ad agency to Publicis.
This deal is worth around $530 million and would help Publicis in expanding their services.
The two companies had earlier signed on a cooperation deal in June this year.
They are further expanding their partnership now.
Publicis is incidentally the market leader in the digital advertising segment.
Publicis had to beat the offers made by rivals including WPP and Dentsu win this deal.
