Barnes & Noble to acquire Barnes & Noble College Booksellers
Barnes & Noble has announced that they are now acquiring Barnes & Noble College Booksellers.
This deal is worth around $596 million.
The company said that the acquisition would boost their annualized earnings by as much as 35 percent.
Barnes & Noble College Booksellers was founded way back in 1965 and it currently operates around 624 stores in the US market.
BN said that they are expecting the deal to close by October this year.
