Maruti crosses 1 lakh mark with their A-Star model
Maruti Suzuki India has announced that they have now manufactured more than 1 lakh A-Star cars at their plants in the Indian market.
Maruti Suzuki A-Star is primarily manufactured in India for export reasons. Though the company also sells it in the domestic market.
The company further said that they have now manufactured more than 5 lakh cars at their plant located in Manesar.
The plant in Manesar manufactures models like A-Star, Swift, Swift Dzire and SX4.
Maruti had recently revealed that they have crossed the milestone of manufacturing 80 lakh cars in the Indian market.
The company has already exported more than 50,000 units of A-Star to the international markets of parent company Suzuki.
