Robert Davis to leave CA
In another major disappointing news for the CA Inc., Chief Financial Officer Robert Davis has announced his plans to step down from the company.
With this decision, he becomes the third top executive to resign in the past month. His work would be looked after by Controller Robert Cirabisi until the company finds a suitable replacement.
Apart from Davis, CA has already seen Chief Operating Officer Jeff Clarke and technology Chief Mark Barrenechea leaving the company in the past couple of weeks.
Clarke has moved to Cendant Corp. to run the company’s travel unit and Barrenechea has become a partner at buyout firm Garnett & Helfrich Capital.
Davis joined CA from Dell. He is expected to stay for a couple of weeks in the company to help the transition.
