Harley-Davidson bikes to go on sale next year in India

Harley-Davidson has officially announced their entry into the Indian market.

The company aims to start selling their bikes in India from next year.

Harley-Davidson would import these bikes for sale in India and this would result in a higher price tag on these legendary bikes.

The company has already established a local office in Gurgaon near Delhi.

Harley-Davidson said that they would open their official dealerships in the metro cities initially. Delhi and Mumbai are going to get the first dealerships.

The company added: “India is important to our long-term vision of being a truly global company”.
