Mahindra and Mahindra working on a brand new SUV Model
Mahindra and Mahindra has been one of the most innovating Indian automakers.
The company has three popular SUV models in the Indian market already: Scorpio, Bolero and Xylo.
Mahindra has now revealed that they are now working on a brand new SUV model with international markets in mind.
The company said: “Yes, we are building an all-new SUV and are investing Rs 700-800 crore for this product that will come at a premium to the Scorpio in terms of pricing and positioning.”
With Tata Motors now having access to Land Rover technologies, Mahindra has to step up their game to remain competitive in the higher end of the SUV market.
The company is hoping to launch this new model in the global markets though it would be sold in India for a price tag of around Rs. 10 lakhs.
