Arun Jaitley files a lawsuit to gain control on arunjaitley.com
Arun Jaitley is a high profile politician from India. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Jaitley has approached the Delhi High Court in order to gain control over the domain name arunjaitley.com.
The lawsuit is aimed to prevent the current owner of the domain to sell it to another party which specializes in auctioning domain names.
Jaitley claims in the lawsuit that the name is exclusively associated to him.
The domain was in control of Network Solutions who recently transferred the control to Portfolio Brains.
