Perot Systems acquired by Dell
US based personal computer manufacturer Dell has announced that they are now going to acquire Perot Systems.
The deal is worth around $3.6 billion.
Perot Systems provide IT services and this is an industry where Dell wants to expand.
Dell expects to complete this deal before January next year.
Dell had recently said that they are considering acquiring a couple of companies to expand their range of products and services.

it is hard to say at the moment. dell has not revealed whether they would cut jobs at perot or not.
