Maggie Wilderotter to leave Yahoo board later this year
US based internet media giant Yahoo has revealed that Maggie Wilderotter would be leaving their board of directors at the end of the year.
Yahoo currently has 12 directors on their board.
The company said that Maggie Wilderotter is resigning to spend more time with other responsibilities.
She is the CEO of Frontier Communications.
Wilderotter had joined the Yahoo board after leaving a high profile job with Microsoft. She was one of the many directors who were criticized last year for not accepting Microsoft’s original bid for the company.
