Honda CR-V Diesel coming to India?
Market sources claim that Honda is considering bringing a diesel edition of their sports utility vehicle CR-V to the Indian market.
This new variant could be powered with a 2.2 liter I-CTDi engine.
Honda has officially denied any such plans.
But the company would do good to launch diesel cars in the Indian market.
Diesel is a cheaper fuel compared to petrol and demand for these cars are gaining momentum.
Honda CR-V is also struggling to compete against the recently launched Toyota Fortuner model.
