Affiliated Computer Services to be acquired by Xerox
Xerox has announced that they are going to acquire Affiliated Computer Services.
This deal is worth around $6.4 billion and would be conducted in both cash and stock transactions.
This acquisition would enable Xerox to boost the size of their services business.
Xerox said that this deal is a game changer for them and they are going to expand into several new markets.
The company added that this deal would help them increase their services revenue to around $10 billion next year.
