Best Buy prepares for the holiday season with more staff hiring

Best Buy has announced that they would hire more people for the upcoming holiday season compared to previous years.

The company said that they need the extra staff to cope-up with the expanding business.

The demise of rival store Circuit City has helped them in this.

The company said in a statement: “We are hiring more people for seasonal sales this year than last year. Circuit City’s demise has put customers in play and … we have gained more market share than anybody since Circuit City’s departure.”

Best Buy is also partnering with Google for mobile devices and software services.
