AT&T acquires Plusmo
US based mobile service provider AT&T has announced that they are now acquiring mobile development company Plusmo.
The company now aims to use their technology to develop applications for mobile devices and television.
Plusmo provides a development platform for widgets and other applications which can be used on mobile devices.
It would now become a part of the AT&T Interactive division.
The two companies did not reveal the financial aspects of this acquisition deal.
