Cisco Systems to acquire Tandberg
Tandberg is the latest acquisition being planned by Cisco Systems.
Tandberg specializes in manufacturing video conferencing equipments.
The deal is worth around USD 3 billion.
The company spoke about this deal: “Tandberg’s board of directors has unanimously decided to recommend to its shareholders to accept the Offer.”
market analysts believe that this acquisition deal is good development for both the companies.
