Porsche aiming for improved sales in India this year
Porsche has said that they are aiming to improve their sales in the Indian market.
The company said that the aim is to boost sales by around 20% in the current year.
Porsche has just launched their latest model Panamera sedan in India.
It has been priced between Rs 1.4-2.05 crore.
A Porsche representative said: “The Indian market is going through a revolution for desire of high-end products. We do not want to miss this opportunity and so launching Panamera. We are expecting a good growth in India despite an anticipated dip in global sales in 2009”.
Porsche sold 168 cars in the Indian market last year. The aim is to touch sales of 200 units this year.
