Sprint Nextel settling lawsuits related to Virgin Mobile USA acquisition
US based mobile service provider Sprint Nextel has revealed that they are settling a couple of lawsuits filed against them in relation to their acquisition of Virgin Mobile USA.
The company further stated in a regulatory filing that they are going to release more information about the deal.
The regulatory filing added that the company is aiming to save $100 million over a period of two years through this deal.
The deal would still require the approval of the regulatory bodies and shareholders in Virgin Mobile USA.
