Compuware to acquire Gomez
Compuware has announced that they are now acquiring Gomez.
The deal is worth around USD 295 million.
Compuware said that they are aiming to close this acquisition deal by November this year.
Compuware Chief Operating Officer Bob Paul had this to say about this deal: “Businesses are experiencing a revolution that demands they move their most important applications beyond the firewall.”
Jaime Ellertson, CEO of Gomez added: “All applications in our eyes are ultimately moving to leverage the Internet.”
