Sprint Nextel to acquire IPCS
US based mobile service provider Sprint Nextel has announced that they are acquiring IPCS.
This deal would be worth around $426 million.
Industry experts said that this deal had become necessary for them to avoid getting ordered to divest some of its push-to-talk subscribers.
A company representative added: “It resolves the outstanding litigation between the two parties.”
