Web analytics company comScore has announced that they are acquiring Certifica.
Certifica provides similar solutions and is based in Latin America.
comScore said that this deal would help them expand their operations in this new market.
comScore has been making these small acquisitions to expand their presence globally.
They had acquired M:Metrics last year to expand their mobile services.
