T-Mobile USA suffers technical problems
T-Mobile USA has confirmed that their customers suffered due to technical problems in their network.
The problems affected more than 1.5 million T-Mobile USA customers and lasted for around eight hours.
The company said: “T-Mobile confirms it has fully restored voice and text/picture messaging services for customers affected by intermittent service disruptions on Tuesday.”
T-Mobile added: “Our sole focus has been restoring full services for all customers; we are now investigating the root cause of the incident.”
