SpiceJet offering special discounted Rs 99 fares

Indian aviation market boom continues. Despite the fact that rising aviation fuel prices has resulted in huge costs for the airline companies, Low cost carrier SpiceJet has announced a special fare of just Rs 99 on 21,000 select seats on its first anniversary.

This new discounted offer begins from tomorrow and would be only available from the company’s website.

This special offer would be available till September this year and would cover all the 49 flights covering 11 cities operated by the company.

SpiceJet CEO Siddhanta Sharma said in a statement on this new development: “Last one year has been a great experience for us and we would like to share this excitement with our valued patrons.” He added that in the last one year the company had carried over 1,600,000 passengers on its network.

SpiceJet also recorded the highest load factor of over 86 per cent since its launch. In addition, they achieved 99.5 per cent flight dispatch reliability and maintained over 90 per cent on-time performance.
