Maruti Cars expensive by up to Rs. 10,000
Maruti Suzuki India has finally hiked the prices of their cars in the Indian market.
The hike is up to Rs. 10,000 depending upon the model and the variant.
It ranges from Rs. 600 on the M800 model to Rs. 10,000 on the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire.
Only three models have been spared the hike… These are: Maruti Suzuki Swift Petrol, Maruti Suzuki EECO and Maruti Suzuki Gypsy.
The company said in a statement about this price hike: “The price increase is to recover partly the increase in the input costs arising out of raw material costs over the past one year. For some models the increase in the cost are being absorbed by the company, in the light of market situation.”
