Reliance Industries to setup a Special Economic Zone near Gurgaon
Gurgaon has attracted some big multinational companies. Now, it is the turn of Reliance to setup something big here.
Reliance Industries has announced their plan to setup a Rs. 30,000-crore multi-product Special Economic Zone near Gurgaon.
They will soon be signing on an agreement with Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (HSIDC) next month.
This agreement would see about 1,500 acres of land at Garhi Harsru, Gurgaon transferred to a joint venture company being formed by HSIDC and RVL
This SEZ would be the largest such project in the country and is being developed on the pattern of the renowned SEZs in China and Dubai.
The Haryana state cabinet has already approved the Reliance-HSIDC SEZ on May 3.
