General Electric optimistic about business in China
General Electric happens to be the world’s second largest company by market capitalization and they believe that the company can double its business in China in four or five years.
This growth aim was revealed by the chairman and chief executive Jeff Immelt.
Jeff Immelt said in a statement: “We see continuous growth and business in China could double in four or five years.”
GE happens to be one of the most recognized brands around the world and they are almost taken as a barometer to measure the US economy due to its size and presence around the world.
The company develops everything from light bulbs to jet engines and also has a financing and health care arm.
