Perot Systems Corporation to setup a base in Coimbatore

US based provider of information technology services and business solutions Perot Systems Corporation has confirmed that they are going to expand their operations in the Indian market.

The company already operates from Bangalore, Noida and Chennai and is in the process of establishing a base in Coimbatore.

Peter Altabef, President and Chief Executive Officer of Perot said in a statement that this upcoming center would come up on a new 20,000 sq. ft office space and would accommodate about 375 seats across three shifts.

This new unit would handle additional business from the company’s worldwide BPO operations. The company already has around 30 per cent of the company’s workforce based in India and their Indian units contribute around 9 per cent of their total revenues.
