IBM to offer packaged services in India
US based tech giants IBM has announced the launch of its packaged services offering in India. These services are targeted at small and medium businesses in India. IBM said that these entities prefer modular, easy-to-choose and easy-to-implement solutions.
IBM would be making available these services throughout the country and are aimed at providing specific solutions to IT problems that directly influence their business.
These services are available in three options: IBM eMail Security Services, IBM Security Assessment Service and IBM Site Assessment Services. These solutions would enable the company to address issues like security, compliance and business operations’ enhancement.
Nipun Mehrotra, director (sales), Global Technology Services, IBM India spoke on this new initiative: “These services are pre-scoped, pre-priced and pre-quality assured and they have been designed specifically for the mid-market. These Services reinforce IBM’s commitment to develop custom-built and priced business and technology solutions specifically for mid-sized clients in India.”
