Rahil Ansari is new Country Manager for Audi

German auto giant Audi has announced the appointment of Rahil Ansari as the Country Manager for the Indian automobile market.

He would be taking these responsibilities over Michael Weber, who now holds the Country Manager position within quattro GmbH.

quattro GmbH is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Audi AG in Ingolstadt.

Ansari spoke about his new appointment: “India is an important market for Audi. Since the start of our dealer operations in India in December 2004, we have got great response from the market. I plan to carry forward the great start and drive the Audi brand in India with virtues of Technology, Performance and Luxury.”

He has been working for Audi since 2004 before which he was the Product Manager at Royal Wessanen nv.
