KDDI to develop mobile solutions in collaboration with Toshiba and Qualcomm
KDDI is one of the dominating players in the Japanese mobile market and they have now said that they are working with Toshiba and Qualcomm to develop mobile solutions for their domestic market.
Sanyo is going to be another contributing partner as KDDI is trying hard to cut hefty development costs.
This latest deal between these four companies would see them working together to offer integrated software providing advanced online features.
KDDI spokesperson said in a statement: “This will be a joint platform, built with the strengths of each company.”
They trail to NTT DoCoMo in their home market and want to become a stronger challenger by cutting costs through these kinds of alliances.
