Google continues to shine with its revenue reports
Search engine giants Google has posted its second-quarter earnings. The company has reported that its second-quarter earnings more than doubled as they continue to gain more revenues from online advertisement services.
The company’s net profit for the April-June period came to 721 million dollars. This is a massive improvement from 343 million dollars earned in the same period last year.
The revenues were up 78 percent to 2.46 billion dollars as Google continues to dominate the search engine industry and online advertising market. Company’s chief executive Eric Schmidt said in a statement on this impressive figures: “Google grew at an impressive pace during a seasonally slower quarter.”
He further added: “We continue to deliver valuable new products and services to users around the world through our partnerships and investments in our business. Our strong performance results from our clear focus on increasing the quality of user experience, particularly in search and ads.”
