Time Warner Telecom to acquire Xspedius Communications LLC
Time Warner Telecom Inc. has confirmed in a statement that they are going to acquire privately held communications company Xspedius Communications LLC.
The deal is worth around $531.5 million in cash and stock and it would help Time Warner Telecom to expand its network reach and ability to serve multi-location and multi-city customers.
Time Warner Telecom is now expecting that for the entire next year, Xspedius’ stand-alone operations would generate about $230 to $250 million of revenue.
And they expect this deal to close within the next six months.
