Time Warner Telecom to acquire Xspedius Communications LLC

Time Warner Telecom Inc. has confirmed in a statement that they are going to acquire privately held communications company Xspedius Communications LLC.

The deal is worth around $531.5 million in cash and stock and it would help Time Warner Telecom to expand its network reach and ability to serve multi-location and multi-city customers.

Time Warner Telecom is now expecting that for the entire next year, Xspedius’ stand-alone operations would generate about $230 to $250 million of revenue.

And they expect this deal to close within the next six months.
