PayCycle Acquired by Intuit
Software Company Intuit has announced that they are acquiring online payroll provider PayCycle.
The deal is worth around USD 170 million.
This acquisition would help Intuit expand their cloud computing services.
PayCycle is based in Palo Alto, California and they have around 85000 small business customers.
