US based mobile service provider Verizon has won a major cybersquatting judgment against OnlineNIC.
Verizon had filed a lawsuit against this company claiming they had registered 663 domain names which the end user could confuse with their name.

Dell initiate legal fight against cybersquatters
PC manufacturer Dell has initiated legal fights against companies which they claim indulge in trademark infringement and cybersquatting.
Dell is targeting owners of more than 1100 websites which are similar to their owned brands.
They are targeting companies including BelgiumDomains LLC, CapitolDomains LLC, DomainDoorman LLC, Netrian Ventures Ltd., IHoldings.com Inc.
